Refunds must be requested within 3 days of receipt. After this window passes, all sales are final.

To qualify, the item must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and the packaging must still be sealed — not opened, cut, or torn.

If the garment has been removed from its original packaging, the return will be rejected and the item shipped back at the customer's expense.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

Size or color exchanges follow the same 3-day, sealed-packaging rule. Subject to availability — if your size is sold out we will issue a refund instead.

Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days of purchase. Pre-order delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees — we always do our best to ship as soon as stock arrives. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Tracking is sent via SMS and/or email once your label is created.

CATCH THE EYE LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right.

We try our best to restock timely. Pricing, availability, and release dates may change without notice.

All artwork, graphics, logos, photography, and copy on this site are the property of CATCH THE EYE LLC and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Our 10% off sign-up requires both a valid email address and a phone number so we can deliver your one-time discount code and order/shipping updates. We collect only the information needed to process your order and send the SMS and email marketing you opted into. We never sell your data.

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP and out of email via the unsubscribe link in any message.

One-time-use code per customer. Discount codes are personal, single-use, and auto-applied at checkout. Once a code has been used, no additional 10% off sign-up codes will be issued to that email or phone number.

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian completing the purchase), the information you provided is accurate, and you agree to the policies above.

CATCH THE EYE LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
